Welcome to Join Serve & Match (“Serve & Match,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, registering for events, submitting personal information, or participating in any Serve & Match activity, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or attend Serve & Match events.

By using this site, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Nature of Services

Serve & Match organizes curated athletic and social events, including but not limited to padel tournaments, mixers, wellness activations, and branded experiences.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or decline event registrations

  • Modify guest lists

  • Refuse admission

  • Remove participants from events for behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe

Participation is a privilege, not a right.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in athletic activities, including padel and related physical experiences, involves inherent risks of injury.

By registering for or attending any event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless Serve & Match, its owners, officers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and venue operators from any claims related to:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Illness

  • Accidents

  • Loss or theft

Participation is at your own risk.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All event purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Serve & Match reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule events

  • Modify programming

  • Substitute venues

  • Cancel events due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, credit or transfer options may be offered at our discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

Serve & Match is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and elevated environment.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Conduct that disrupts the event experience

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, concepts, and written materials are the exclusive property of Serve & Match.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serve & Match shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
